  • Tenant is responsible for the contents of the leased space.


  • Tenant must provide own lock which tenant deems sufficient to storage space.


  • Tenant has not provided, nor needs to provide a key for the landlord.


  • Tenant is allowed to use only one lock space as to make the other space available for over-lock by the landlord in the event of non-payment within three (3) days of due date.


  • Tenant may elect to provide insurance to cover stored property and that the landlord does not carry insurance to cover tenant’s property.


  • Tenant understands the property in or around the leased space may be seized and sold if charges continue to be unpaid in accordance to the Kentucky State Law and this rental agreement.


  • Tenants will not storage any Combustible, Flammable, Hazardous or Toxic Materials, Perishable Food and Animal Products or any Miscellaneous Prohibited Items (Any animals or plants – alive or dead – cannot be stored. Nor can any stolen items. People are not allowed to plug in or use refrigerators, freezers, generators, space heaters or live in storage units. Any equipment or otherwise that is radioactive or is composed of radioactive material in any way is prohibited and illegal to store.) It is recommended that the tenant should not store things against the back wall; this will help to allow air flow throw the unit.



  • Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners expense
